We choose the most beautiful selection of seasonally available blooms to fulfil our orders, however, nature, as incredible as it is, is also often unpredictable. Whilst we will always do the upmost to supply as close as possible to the item you have chosen, your order may not be an exact replica of varieties or colours shown on our website imagery, but TRUST US! We have over 23 years of professional floristry up our sleeves and you can reply on us to deliver fresh, stylish and beautiful seasonal florals.
We personally carry out our own delivery service to all local Queenstown areas with a high level of care and as per your delivery instructions.
We require the delivery information that you supply to be thorough and correct to ensure we can execute the delivery within the time-frame that is requested. If details are not correct, we may not be able to carry out the delivery as per your instructions.
If the delivery location is tricky, please provide as much information about the location of the address as possible and ensure you have included the recipients phone number.
Some Queenstown locations are gated communities and require a gate-code to access the residence. Please ensure you have included the gate-code to the property in the delivery details when applicable. If the gate-code is not included, we may have to call the recipient to obtain the information prior to delivery.
In the instance the recipient is not at home during the requested delivery time-frame, the order will be left at the door - if it is suitably secure and sheltered, OR, in another nearby sheltered location. If the drop off location is not immediately identifiable from the main door, a calling card will be left to advise where the order has been left.
Monday - Friday (morning and afternoon slots)
Saturday deliveries are made prior to 2pm.
No Sunday or Public Holiday deliveries.
Some black-out dates may also apply during periods such as Xmas-New Year when flower supply into Queenstown is too limited.
Same day week - day deliveries are required by 12 noon
Saturday deliveries are required by 2pm Friday.
If your order is received after cut-off time, you will be notified and your order will be carried out at the next possible delivery slot ( unless otherwise arranged ).
Our policy is to stock small amounts of fresh product on a frequent basis, so our turnover is continuous and the flowers are as fresh as possible from our growers and markets. With this in mind, we’d very much appreciate a 24-48 hour window to allow for your order, however Mon-Fri same day deliveries can still be carried out providing we have received it by the above mentioned cut of time. Same day orders are executed with stock on hand, and in the instance that this does not include a similar option to what you have selected, we will choose the next closest option as a substitute. We will notify you if choice was unavailable and a substitution had to be made.
We stand by our products and services and for any reason nature or our systems have let you down, we appreciate you letting us know within 24 hours so that we can offer a replacement item as soon as possible.
Replacements or refunds are not applicable if the order has been carried out as per instructions , a delivery information fault has been the issue, if fresh flowers are left uncared for over an extended length of time or the flower care instructions are not adhered to.
All Floral Smith fresh flower deliveries have flower care instructions attached to the order, along with a sachet of fresh flower food to add the the vase water. On receiving, the recipient should immediately read and carry out the supplied instructions to ensure the product has the best vase-life possible.
